In this online class (2hrs) we go through the basics of support spinning:

The movement mechanics
The class is a 2 hr Google Meet session with 2 small breaks (2-3 minutes), you are emailed the class link immediately after purchase.
* A minimum of 2 participants is required - if there are insufficient sign-ups you can be reimbursed or assist at a later date.
** Participants can cancel up to 72 hours before the event in order to reschedule or request a reimbursement. Cancellations within less than 72 hours before the event will not be reimbursed.
